If you happened to call in to (or stop by) our office between April and September, there was a good chance you heard construction noise in the background. Thank you for your patience during this process. Now that the noise has subsided, and our office expansion is complete, we want to share with you the motivation for this project as well as some photos of the finished space.
This expansion is really a testament to our clients. Because of you, our business has grown to the point where we are looking to hire additional team members, and we needed more space to do so.
From day one, it’s been our goal to deliver a high level of client service, and growth shouldn’t come at the expense of service levels to current clients. Our expansion adds two more conference rooms for client meetings, as well as the necessary space to accommodate three more hires.
Some of you are probably wondering why we’d expand our office during a pandemic that has pushed a lot of work to being done remotely. First, this too shall pass. Second, we believe that many people still prefer to look their advisor in the eyes, rather than through a screen. For those in the latter camp, we have greater capabilities to connect via videoconference now as well.
Under normal circumstances, we’d throw a big open house to celebrate with you, but that isn’t possible right now. In the meantime, we’re sharing some photos of the new areas of our office.

What used to be the Collaborative Room is now Conference Room A (or the Hearth Room). We replaced the casual seating with a round table and chairs and added a fireplace under the TV:
What used to be the kitchen has been expanded to make room for more desks as well as Conference Room C, which is roughtly the same size as our existing Middle Conference Room (now Conference Room B):
Our new boardroom (Conference Room D):
A quieter workspace, Room E, which in the future could easily be converted into another conference room:
Our new Collaborative Room (Conference Room F), which even has a great view of the Capitol building:
Our Bull & Bear at the end of the hall:
Last, but not least, we have new signage on the front of the building, too!
